Our soul is a sacred essence within us; our deepest purpose, our unique meaning, the guiding force behind our individual lives.
It’s part of humans regarded as immaterial, immortal, separable from the body at death, capable of moral judgment, and susceptible to happiness or misery in a future state. This part of a human when disembodied after death.
Therefore, you will want to be in self-harmony.
Balance self-love with the amount of love, that you provide.
Nurture your soul with the wisdom of sound judgement desicion making.
Showing respect to people who don’t deserve it; will not ultimately be a reflection of their character, but as a reflection of yours.
Don’t look down on anyone, unless you are helping them up.
Shelter your soul becoming grateful with your blessings, instead of dimming your light with complaints of what you have not been able to accomplish from your bucket list.
Cultivate the habit of being grateful by asking to ourselves:
1. What memorys are we grateful for?
2. What abilities are we grateful for?
3. What moment this week are we grateful for?
4. Who in our lives are we grateful for?
5. What challenge are we grateful for?
6. What friends, family members are we grateful for today?
7. What in nature are we grateful for?
8. What small thing that we use daily are we grateful for?
9. What about our body are we grateful for?
10. Are we being grateful with our actions?
There are many other reasons to be grateful for. The importance of being grateful is that we become more flexible with ourselves and with others.
There will be an harmony within our soul that will protect it from unnecessary self- judgement and the tendency to judge others by jumping to conclusions. For instance sheltering and nurturing our Soul will provide a life force within to ignite the amount of fire require to make it the most powerful weapon on earth.
I honor that place in you, in which the entire Universe dwells, I honor that place in you which is of love, truth, light and peace. Let us ignite our Soul by cultivating the habit of gratefulness.
