Always remember that your practice does not expect you to show up happy. It only ask for your presence. It doesn’t mind if you are put together, or if you are a mess. You can arrive with a jumbled or overwhelmed mind and even with the heaviest heart, you will start feeling a relieve as soon as you embrace it.
Your practice could care less if you can touch your toes or meditate for long periods. It only ask you… To Show Up
Also keep in mind that “The sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light”
If we listen to our body when it whispers, we won’t have to hear it scream.
When we accept ourselves , we become freed from the burden of needing others to accept us.
Last but not least:
“Be the energy you want to attract”
