Liberate yourself from Mental Slavery…

It doesn’t matter if the hardest Asana is letting go.

Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.

We are in this world to live up by Faith not by expectations.

Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, going out to look for a successful personality and duplicate it will imbalance your force.

To hell with circumstances; create opportunities…it is our call!

Goals are not meant to be reached, they exist simply as something to aim at.

Sometimes a foolish question is wiser than accepting foolishly a wise response.

Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and complement by adding what is specifically your own.

If you love life, don’t waste time, for time is what life is made up of.

As you think, so shall you become… there is no doubt.

Knowing is not enough, we must apply.

Willing is not enough, we must do… so Flexibility will arrive, embrace and trust the process.

Say goodbye to the inessential.

A quick temper will make a fool of you soon enough by clouding your judgement.
Knowledge will give you power but character respect.

Don’t fear failure. — Not failure, but keep in mind that low aim, is the crime.

In great attempts it is glorious even to fail.

Be Humble… as showing off is the fool’s idea of glory.

To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person.
Take no thought of who is right or wrong or who is better than. Be not for or against.

Obey the principles without being bound by them.

If you want to learn to swim jump into the water… On dry land no frame of mind is ever going to help you.

Last but not least:

“Train yourself to let go of everything you are afraid to lose.”- Master Yoda
