• Make peace with your Breath

If you breathe you can live and all you need to improve is how to connect with your breath.

Yoga provides the perfect tools for connecting and making peace with our breath through the practice of Asanas or Postures.

• Engage with Life-Force and Yoga

Our life force is our energy within, which moves our breath improving our oxygen. Through Yoga we activate our Life-Force, also known as Prana.

• Balance your Emotions

Our emotions are controlled by our brain’s limbic system. The limbic system with structures such as the hippocampus, amygdala and hypothalamus which by relating to our emotions and memory, control our daily behavior.

The density of gray matter in the amygdala measures the amount of fear and anxiety as well as memory formation in the hippocampus.

Yoga practice encourages meditation simultaneously, and based on a study found in 2010, subjects that meditated 30 minutes a day for eight weeks had a reduction of gray matter improving their memory (overall),  also the flight and fight response episodes had a reduction providing the outcome of less anxiety and fear levels.

• Own your Shadows

When we manage to control our flight and fight response also known as “acute stress response” our fears and anxiety decrease.

Through Yoga our blood circulation, respiratory centers and heart rate, rehabilitate to their optimum level providing all necessary physiological and emotional support required to prevent less stimulus perceived as threat.

We become more in control of our emotions, managing to develop better self-judgement, if we make peace with our imperfections our judgement to others is more flexible.

We own our shadows as the best outcome.

• Ignite and Share your Light

When we own our shadows after catharsis, as well as when a perfect storm hits our shores… We find calmness and when we find calmness we are able to see the light at the end of our darkness.
