When the ego says, I should not have suffer, it is exactly that thought that makes us suffer even more.
It is certainly paradoxical for distortioning the truth itself.
There is this saying ” In order to appreciate the light, it’s required to meet darkness.”. Their interdependency is unavoidable.
We have the power to decide how long to stay on each side, so we can transcend by learning to establish and keep necessary boundaries within them.
The faster we move out from what no longer serve us, the easier will be to meet ourselves with the highest version, hence unnecesary suffering will say good bye.
No body makes us suffer, we are accountable for accepting life pain and how long will last.
Love is the beauty of the Soul. Start by loving yourself without losing humbleness and grounding.
“Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment”.
Last but not least:
“Nothing ever goes away, until it teaches us what we need to know”.- Lao Tzu
