A Medicine For The Heart

A physician once said”The best medicine for humans is love” 

Someone asked, “What if it doesn’t work? 

He said,”Increase the dose

“The heart has its reasons that reason knows nothing of”-William Shakespeare 

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Ahahata (Heart Chakra) Affirmation:

I listen to my heart and honor its connection  to the heart of others. I allow love to fill me up and guide me into all my actions. I gracefully move to the rhythm of Life.
