Fear is excitement without the Breath…

Breath is Spirit. The act of breathing is Living.

Freedom is strangely ephemeral. It is something like breathing; one only becomes acutely aware of its importance when one is choking. Mind your breath, connect with it. Learn how to use it as a lifesaver.

Search for “Just Breathe and Be The Energy You Want To Attract.” published on this blog on September 24, 2016. You will find different types of breath, their purpose, and how to do each.

When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace. Try it, and you will remember this.

It is the breath that facilitates an unborn’s delivery to this world. That should mean something.

Svatmarama was right when sharing:

“When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady.  But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life.”

Therefore, one should learn to control the breath. While in Yoga practice, the only way we can get ourselves into, and out of a pose is by having control of your breath.

Ask yourself if there isn’t parallelism when facing challenges during life?

When you become the owner of your breath, nobody can steal your peace.

A healthy mind, has an easy breath.

The path of humanity is always coordinated with heaven and earth in the alternation of movement and stillness. Just think about the weather, how it changes, and all the repercussions along its way.
Human energy is always moved in the alteration of inhalation, and exhalation.

Focusing on the act of breathing clears the mind of all daily distractions and clears our energy enabling us to better connect with our spirit within.
