When you pay too much attention to something, you adopt that experience, even worse you buy it.
During a yoga practice when we practice balance postures, where your eyes go, your attention goes.
The awareness about this is no other, than when you allow your consciousness to focus on something or a person, regards the reactive sensation experienced with thinking of that person or thing, you feed it your energy.
Hence it reciprocates the experience of being reactive.
Be careful with your focus, cancel any intrusive thoughts that will do, no other that keep it alive.
It will not only happen within you, it will possess your collective conscious as well.
