The world may seem to exhale out the day.
• Learn to breathe along side it.
Just Breathe out the intrusive thinking.
• Learn to soften into the in betweens.
Be flexible.
• Learn to be content with the not knowing.
Be mindful, keep presence.
• Learn to follow your intuition.
Acknowledge when it’s time to stop at the reaching for a bit.
Get out of the posture look for a counterpose and recover.
• Be aware that sometimes we have to reverse the warrior and reengage.
• Don’t forget to poise your humble Warrior, the best way out to see your sunrise.
