Judging other is an easier way to run away from our shadows.
If feeling reactive towards something, ask yourself, have I ever provided the same feedback I’m becoming reactive to receive right at this moment?
Before pointing at others faults, try to mindfully embrace self-inventory regards the reason, of truly feeling reactive to certain person or situation.
