Appreciate your family, remember that’s the part of our lives, we aren’t able to choose.
Just for had delivered us to this life, we owe that appreciation and kindness.
There are struggles, storms, darkness and yes suffering…but if there wouldn’t, how would we able to return to the light by our free will, not by being pushed by a divine source?
Thank a bussiness for good service, low prices or just professional courtesy…
Appreciate a religious leader…
Appreciate your co-workers, for being there even if you don’t know them… you don’t know what kind of struggle they might be going thru. Send them blessings and light.
Thank a retiree for his or her service.
Appreciate those who care about you, don’t think about them, only when you need their comfort or any type of support.
Thank a doctor for his/her devotion to humanity or a health care facility.
Express appreciation to an employee.
Express appreciation to a boss.
Thank someone for volunteer work.
Appreciate holistic and spiritual healers for their devotion to humanity.
Send light and forgiveness to those lost souls working to spread their darkness.
Sending negative thoughts will give them power, shower them with light and recruit them.
Last but not least;
Appreciate and love yourself before all of the above, because “What goes around, comes around”, hence “All you need is love.”
