How to give an extra mile, when feeling the feet drag.


The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. 

It is believed that regardless of age, nationality or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe – one of which being the Law of Attraction. 

It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality. 

That’s why we should push our minds, in order to see progress with our bodies as stated through above quote by Dr. Roberto Zayas. 

Have you ever thought about someone suddenly you receive a message or a call from that person? Well, this is a good example of how The Law of Attraction manifest into our lives.

In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually.

It is important to keep in mind that the same way will happen if we focus on negative doom and gloom…trust me you will keep yourself under that cloud. 

  • I have heard people saying that they are not flexible to practice yoga, or that meditation is impossible due to self imposed inability to sit, and look at themselves towards the inside.

Actually, both practices have proven through scientific research that encourage physical and mental rehabilitation at all levels.

Both only require from us something that if we all would not do, as such would not live which is Just Breathe.

1.  Let go of things that don’t serve anymore through your journey of finding your higher self.

2.  Start focusing on positive thinking, journal any of the goals that you aim to achieve and you will find yourself fulfilling each one of them with massive action.

Happy Father’s Day to all the men and women that perform such a tough task, because children do not arrive with a Memorandum or Letter of Instructions, they belong to life but are delivered for a lifetime.
