Semper Zen tips to release weight from the shoulders.



The only Zen you find at the top of the mountain is the zen you bring with you.
Release the world from your shoulders by following these Semper (always) Zen tips:

1.  Let go of judgments  

2.  Let go of anger

3.  Let go of fear

4.  Let go of competing 

5.  Let go of regrets 

6.  Let go of blame

7.  Let go of guilt

8.  Do one thing at a time

5.  Do it slowly and deliberately 

6.  Put space between things

7.  Develop rituals 

8.  Smile and serve others

9.  Act without expectations 

10.  Devote time to sitting 

11.  Pray and talk to the universe 

12.  Meditate and listen to the universe 

13.  Live simply
