All problems are illusions of the mind.
When the going gets tough and you feel like quitting, remember the reason why you started. There is always a good reason to start something during our lives. Same happens with your yoga mat.
Yoga teaches us to cure what need not to be endured and endure what cannot be cured.
Get on your mat, breathe… let go.
Remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.
If talk therapy and antidepressants aren’t enough, compliment your resilience through yoga, and you will embrace resurrection.
Because when judging, not being able to forgive and acting with agendas or expectations, transmutation of these demons into mental flexibility, forgiveness and unconditional love; resurrection of the highest self blooms.
Last but not least;
“Even if you fall on your face, you are still moving forward.”
