To whom are you grateful to?

Gratitude is the best attitude…

Studies show that we can deliberately cultivate gratitude, and can increase our well-being and happiness by doing so.

In addition, gratefulness—and especially expression of it to others—is associated with increased energy, optimism, and empathy.

For instance if you begin your day with gratitude, you might like to start with your life, because that breath you just took, could be a last breath of someone less privileged.

Gratitude attracts abundance.

Last but not least;
