Train your mind to be calm in every situation.

Yoga is not about getting into a pose perfectly, is about a safe balance between breath synchronization and movement.

Yoga is about connecting with yourself.

Yoga is about self discipline, it begins with the mastery of your thoughts.

If you don’t control what you think, you can’t control what you do.

Optimum health requires the physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual bodies to be in balance with the spirit.
