Keep yourself present. Activate mindfulness which is that mental state only achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the current moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations.
Learning to let go everything we fear to lose facilitates overcoming adversity, because allows our physiology to transfer flexibility to our wisdom and furthermore our emotions.
