The Best Journey Within…

Hello there beautiful Souls, have you visualized your physical body thru an imaginary lens?

Well gently close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breath, bring your tongue towards the roof of your mouth behind the front teeth, begin to inhale thru your nose and when you exhale, begin to activate relaxation within. Now bring your attention to your forehead. Visualize your physical vehicle.

See your physical body as a product of this material dimension. It is created on earth using elements like carbon, hydrogen and calcium. It is vulnerable, it has limitations and a finite lifespan.

Your higher self has chosen to inhabit it to have experiences that the Spirit world does not offer. It is not the real you. What you see in the mirror is only a vehicle. The real you is perfect, limitless and eternal. It is connected to everyone and everything you see. The ability to contact your Guides and their knowledge is omnipresent, but you must do your part to access their wisdom.

How do we access their wisdom? Becoming receptive to this guidance which is your birthright, we are delivered to this life guarded by a celestial energetic team of Guides that includes a guardian angel, a departed loved one (some cases two), Archangel Michael is assigned to protect humanity, so we have this energy available to us when we need to connect to it and some people might have 2 archangels assigned for guidance and protection based on their Soul’s contract or life’s purpose.

The higher our calling the larger the team will be. Meditation, sitting in silence, and asking to receive advice during the dream state are all ways to establish contact with your higher self and Guides. Also thru meditation you can find your life’s purpose and Highest Potential.

What is Highest Potential?

Before going to this explanation I want to address something to make you think.

God sends power in humble packages; on the back of fool little children always, there’s no way to conceal it.

Because they look harmless.

Think about humbleness, and it’s congruency with power…at least for a minute.

Our highest potential is manifested when we act every moment (we recognize a choice is present), towards the best potential option (available) within the circumstances as an outcome.

Embrace this process, have no fear to sitting in silence enjoy that darkness as is the only way you will be able to see the light. For assistance in how to meditate go to this website menu and click on meditation benefits.

Last but not least;

Don’t be discouraged by the earthy distractions placed between you and your Guides. Practice developing this sacred relationship. You will find that life becomes much easier when you have daily communication with your Guides.

Some of our finest works comes through service to others.

Hey there beautiful Souls. Have you ever asked yourself “What being of service mean?

Furthermore, about the positive repercussions it provides to humanity and hence ourselves.

Well when you strive to empower the lives of others, you elevate the consciousness of this dimension. No good deeds is to small act of kindness and service are regarded at the spiritual realms as the loftiest of goals.

To ease suffering of another in any way from charitable contributions to volunteer work, or something as simple as making someone’s day brighter with a simple smile or kind gesture is and will always be the greatest gift you can give to yourself.

And I share this based on my personal experience facilitating Karma yoga to the military community at Puerto Rico.

Keep in mind that raising the energy of this planet by doing selfless deeds is a win-win for all concerned. By raising the vibration of others you raise the vibration within yourself.

Remember above all else you are here to leave this Earth dimension better than how you found it. Seek ways to make your mark, leave your signature with humbleness but do that effort and you will feel how that light which begins to shine (within the chamber of your heart) illuminates and shelters others.

It is not possible to fix all the anguish in the world, but it is imperative that you don’t create more. Be mindful of your thoughts words and deeds.

Last but not least:

“Be the chance that you want to see in the world.”

Give Without Expectation…

Hey there Beautiful Souls,

Have you ever been able to give without expectations?

Allow me share this with you. When you spread light and love to others, it should be done without any conditions attached to the act.

And why is that?

Because attachment is the root of suffering. We are all made of the same energy, so the good that you give out is essentially given to yourself. In other terms when you help others, you help yourself.

So my point here is that the joy of giving will always be your reward. Remember that energy is constantly flowing, and by lovingly giving unconditionally you will be able to increase the flow and bring it into a higher vibration of being which in turn assists everyone.

Giving is part of our Soul, hence when you are not able to give without conditions, your ego will develop issues of scarcity and the need to feel acknowledged.

When you give selflessly from the heart, you increase the energies of abundance and gratitude throughout your sphere of influence.

Life is not a competition…

We are here to help each other instead of allowing ourselves get lost into an EGO trip, that will trigger inner scarcity leaving behind struggles ultimately delaying your journey towards a higher self.

Focus in ways that you can give without expectations allow yourself to pay forward all the good things (that you already have) without consciously thinking about it and you will be able to see that the best rewards reaped are from acts that you didn’t even realized you had sown.

Where ever life plants you… Bloom with grace.

Hello there, beautiful Souls. Sometimes the little things in life are more than enough. You bet they are. Nonetheless, when staring at a sunflower see how bright sunny and positive it spreads seeds of happiness.

What I mean is that you can always choose to rise, shine and hold your head high. Flowers grow back, even after they are stepped on.

If a sunflower chooses to face the sun every single day, you can choose to face the sun as well and instead of holding yourself back in the dark.

Keep in mind that the smallest act of love should begin with self love. Self love is the kindest gift you can shelter your heart with hence someone else’s heart.

Last but not least, darkness is our nature, but the journey for light echoes from our Soul.

If there is a will, there is a way…

Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change…

What is intention?

It is an aim or plan.

In the medicine and holistic fields is the healing process of a physical or emotional wound.

During the integration of a yoga class, we (the teachers) have the intention to guide the practitioner to allow him or herself to let go of anything that is not in alignment to that peaceful moment targeted to reconcile body, mind, and spirit.

To take a look at their inner selves in order to identify the reason that took them ( in the first place) to that yoga class.

Then to allow themselves to set that thought as the aim that will keep them focused with commitment to keep their poise during challenging poses just at it should be in the midst of adversity through our lives.

In other terms to be able to fall and bounce without breaking.

To be resilient.

It is important always, always…

Quoting Wayne W. Dyer,

“When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.”

Also that with everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift.

Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose.

The most important here is to keep flexibility and humility in order to recognize that although we are not perfect, that is not a license to project any self’s frustration over others and become hurtful with others at work, out at the streets or with our loved ones.

How do you identify this while in a yoga class?

When arriving to your mat (carrying the burdens of a day), and we cannot allow ourselves to set that intention, because we are giving power to a monkey mind to take charge intercepting our productivity and growing process.

Not only that, getting ourselves into a balance posture and finding a drishti or gaze (while in yoga and life) becomes harder than getting into the pose itself.

These are the moments when the power of intention takes place with empowerment.

Also remember that passion is a feeling that tells you: this is the right thing to do. Nothing can stand in my way. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says. This feeling is so good that it cannot be ignored. I’m going to follow my bliss and act upon this glorious sensation of joy.

Last but not least;

“How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.”

How to return leading the pack, after being thrown to the wolves…

If you want to give birth to your true self, you will have to dig deep down into your own flesh and let your soul howl.

It might require a leap of faith and trust that if you turn your head off, your feet will take you to that intention as such.

Be a warrior of love but allow yourself to follow these steps

• Do not allow others mistake your gentleness for weakness or your timeless grace for vulnerability.

• keep in mind that having to pull out broken arrows from your heart is a self accountability process that doesn’t belong to new people that arrives.

• Everybody and every experience we meet and embrace are meant to bring us a lesson, which will improve our journey towards a higher self. For instance learn to see those broken arrows in a positive way so you can use the sharp edges to carve a path straight into a new dawn while bleeding your dreams to life.

• Never stop thinking that you are a warrior worth more than your weight in gold.

• You are the guardian of your own light, so do not allow anyone to dimm that light because of their lack of resiliency skills to coupe with their unresolved emotional business and hence projections.

• Keep your spirit young and nurture it with forgiveness and unconditional love, starting with yourself.

You can also repeat this affirmation every morning for 21 days in order to feel empowered enough to allow yourself to let go and move on from anything that feels resistant to your process.

“I had fought a thousand battles… And I am still standing…

Have cried a thousand tears… And I am still smiling… I have been broken, betrayed, abandoned, rejected,

But I still walk proud…

Laugh proud…

Live without fear…

Love without doubt…

This person within my body is a beautiful soul.

But most of all is humble enough to embrace her (his) own light and transmute any darkness.”

Last but not least;

“Your heart is as big as an ocean and will always be able to face any fear.”

Open your heart and allow yourself to enjoy a sunrise.

Begin this day with a rainbow of joy in your heart. Allow the rising sun paint a smile on your face. Remove all clouds of doubts and feel God’s gift of a new day, new hope, new life and new opportunities.

On this road called life you have to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad love what you got, and remember what you had. Always forgive, it is okay not to forget that way, we can learn from our mistakes. People change things go wrong but just remember that the rides goes on.

No matter what you do someone will have something negative to say. Try not to take it personally. People judge and criticize other people’s lives when they are not happy with their own… Just know you don’t need anyone’s approval to be happy.

The sunrise, of course doesn’t care if we watch it or not. It will keep on being beautiful even if no one bothers to look at it.

I wish you beautiful Soul, a morning of love pleasant memories, a morning of little things to smile about, peace and happiness within your heart.

I humbly ask the Divine to send you a sheltering angel so nothing can harm you, also to bring you courage during fear, wisdom during confusion. And when you pray may the Lord in the Heavens hear you and answer you with signs of what happens above happens below.

The Mind As Your Best Instrument 🧠

Hey there beautiful Souls,

Have you heard the word Mantra?

I remember during my Yoga’s Teachers Training when the Samadhi Yoga Institute director, mentioned that to me and I even got scared wondering about What is she talking about?

Well based on Deepak Chopra, (the New Age Wellness Guru), this word consists of two parts.

‘ Man’ means mind in Sanskrit

‘ tra’ means instrument

So mantra is no other that “the instrument of the mind.”

Very powerful words, sound or vibrations that can be used for meditation.

Meditation is a practice to train the mind as such to elevate our levels or dimension of consciousness. It promotes relaxation of mind and body, develops compassion, patience, love, concentration and generosity.

Meditation Benefits

Meditation many a times involves repeating a mantra with closed eyes. Mantras for meditation are chosen based on its suitability to the meditator. Some schools provide their students a personal mantra based on their time and birth date’s information.

Transcendental meditation is the purest form of meditation that creates a powerful state of awareness by thought process or mind control, having a personal mantra as a key.

Meditation has a calming effect on an individual and imparts peace and tranquility.

Mantras provide the mind something to focus on. Mantras resonate and create a sensation with the body.

The subtle vibrations in turn resonate a positive energy within self and the surrounding.

Repetitive chanting of mantras plays a major role in de-cluttering the mind.

Meditation with mantras is a powerful way to penetrate the silence of mind and create harmony. The mental vibrations allow the mind to experience deep awareness and lead to the field of pure consciousness.

Mantras help us disconnect from the thoughts and worries in our mind and slip them into the gaps between these thoughts.

Chanting of spiritual mantras holds the key to transforming an individual.

How mantras activate a sense of mindfulness:

They certainly bring us back into the present moment, silences mental turbulence, reduces anxiety and creates clarity of thoughts.

I recommend to choose a mantra that is easy to remember, that fits your belief system, and makes you feel at peace.

Also affirmations can work as mantras, if feeling discomfort with Sanskrit chanting.

However mantras are sacred prayers that can be chanted for inner peace and calmness all through the life.

As such can assist us while embracing any type of heartbreak or grieving process.

Each mantra induces some specific vibrations in the mind.

Which means that all mantras do not work equally well.

Keep in mind that there are different mantras used for the purpose of specific objectives.

Mantras for your choice:

I Am that I Am:

This mantra has its place in the Hebrew Bible. The most famous lines in the Torah that was God’s answer to Moses, when the later asked what his name was.

Om or Aum:

This mantra represents the most elemental sound of universal consciousness. This mantra has been used by people for thousands of years for expansion of their divine awareness.

Om Mani Padme Hum:

O radiant jewel in the lotus of my heart, please shine brightly. May may my heart have the strength to feel compassion for all sentient beings.

This is a Tibetan Buddhist mantra. It is said that all the teachings of Buddha are incorporated in this mantra.

Heart of Perfect Wisdom:

Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha

May I be blessed to experience the beyond and have a taste of the state of enlightenment. In this state of emptiness may I find wisdom and compassion.

This is very helpful during transition, letting go and moving on.

Gayatri Mantra:

Om bhur bhuvah svah tat savitur varenyam bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo nah pracodayat.

I like and chant the Gayatri Mantra while my practitioners are laying down in relaxation mode during savasana supported by Tibetan or Crystal bowls healing sounds.

Actually, Gayatri is recited by a spiritual aspirant to remember the higher purpose of life, also as invocation or prayer to God to lift our consciousness upwards.

Shiva Mantra:

Om namah shivaya.

is a love song, to ourselves. A love song we sing to our own deepest inner nature. In this mantra we recognize that we are the source, like a hologram, a piece of god that also represents the whole.

In the Siddha yoga lineage (from which this chant comes) it is considered to be the king of all mantras.

The intelligent field of conscious energy of which the universe is made, and concentrates into the dense form we know of as matter, is represented by the god Shiva. Shiva is the totality. To us in the western culture would be our Supreme source or God.

Ganesh Mantra:

Om gam ganapataye namaha.

is a devotional chant believed to ensure success, especially when starting or seeking a new job or endeavor.

When needing inner peace and happiness:

Shanti Mantra:

Om saha naavavatu saha nau bhunaktu saha veeryam karavaavahai tejasvi aavadheetamastu maa vidvishaavahai om.

Shanti mantra is often recited before and after Hindu religious rituals. In yoga, a simple “om shanti” or “om shanti, shanti, shanti” may be recited as a greeting or parting salutation and for the purpose of removing distractions and focusing the mind.

Shanti mantra is also a prayer or chant for peace, particularly as found in the ancient scriptures known as the Upanishads. The term comes from the Sanskrit, shanti, meaning “peace”; and mantra, meaning “incantation,” “prayer” or “song of praise.”

Mantra for Happiness:

Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu.

May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.

A Ho’oponopono, ancient Hawaiian mantra.

I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you:

Mantra tips:

• Chanting the selected mantra minimum of 108 times.

• Find a mala beads 📿 to count your mantras, very similar to praying the rosary within the catholic religion.

There are many others you can try too.

Indeed, a mantra should resonate within your mind and soul.

The above list are just a few but are the most popular.

Try them and soon you’ll be able to find the one mantra that will become a part of your life.

Also the practice of Pranayamas ( breathing exercises) at the beginning of your meditation, help you prepare your mind for the mantra chanting. Click at below link for further information.
