Bounce back in life. It is from darkness where resilience is born.

When feeling the world over your shoulders, give yourself a treat.

Go outdoors reach for the light. Be playful, decide to enjoy the moment.

Just keep in mind that with each inhale lift your heart closer to the sun. With each exhale root your heels more deeply into the ground.

Always remember that although light is easy to love it is from darkness where resilience is born. Trust yourself. Break any mental iceberg. Remember that’s your ego, dragging you back. You know more than you think you do.

There is a wisdom of the head, and… a wisdom of the heart. The wisdom of the heart nurtures the wisdom of the head.

Happiness is an individual’s responsibility.

Choose to be happy.

All Cruelty Springs From Weakness…

There is a natural law of justice and an universal law of Brotherhood.

Greatest good comes from wisdom virtue of what cannot be controlled.

When playing the role or roles we are allotted serenely without complaining; our attitudes are under our control even if destiny is not.

Self control and fortitude is an effective way of mastering destructive emotions; for that encourages inner resilience skills to overcome adversity in life.

Learn to connect with your breath, if you give a try to the practice of different types of breath you will learn how to master the autonomous sympathetic nervous system.

The autonomic nervous system functions to regulate the body’s unconscious actions.

The sympathetic nervous system’s primary process is to stimulate the body’s fight or flight response.

It is, however, constantly active at a basic level to maintain homeostasis homeodynamics.

The sympathetic nervous system is described as being complementary to the parasympathetic nervous system which stimulates relaxation reflex responses.

Such as;

• Feed and breed”

• To rest and digest”

The above two are just a few examples, but there are more that would extremely extend the purpose of this writing.

There are several articles about the importance of the quality during breath connection and synchronization to our daily flow of physical and emotional tasks.

I encourage you to search through the menu and refer to the Breath is Life area where are provided different types of breath, benefits and instructions to their practice.

Last but not least;

God is a rational substance existing in all of nature…

“When you inhale you are taking the strength from God… When you exhale it represents the service you are giving to the world.”-Iyengar

Failure’s Prevention 101

Be fierce

Be survivor

Be the fighter through and through

Take a deep breath and command your adrenal responses by not letting them to control your judgement.

Take three slow exhalations letting go any adversity that is trying to ambush you by fooling your mind with surrender temptation.

Last but not least;

JUST BREATHE!

Aim High,” Cross into the Blue.

May these nine souls rest in peace and cross over to our Headquarters in Heaven; So they can continue their mission of service to humanity.

Dear heavenly Father, please allow these brothers in arms into your heavenly task force.

Within the angelic realm, let them serve helping through celestial support to awaken the Christ Consciousness on our planet.

Allow them to encompass our planet with your halo of divine and sacred light.

Shield their families in grief, with your protection and cover them with a blanket of sacred light.

Two days ago, Puerto Rico National Guard, had a tragedy after losing nine airmen members when a military C-130 aircraft, crashed on Highway 21 in Port Wentworth close to Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.

The airmen who lost their lives were Maj. José R. Román Rosado, who was piloting the aircraft at the time of the crash, Maj. Carlos Pérez Serra, who was in charge of navigating, co-pilot 1st Lt. David Albandoz, the aircraft’s mechanic, Senior Master Sgt. Jan Paravisini, and Master Sgt.  Mario Braña, who was the fight engineer.

Master Sgt. Jean Audriffred, Master Sgt. Víctor Colón, Senior Airman Roberto Espada, and Master Sgt. Eric Circuns.

This is a very sad moment for the United States Armed Forces and Puerto Rico.

Furthermore when still on the restoration process after category 5, hurricane “Maria”, made landfall on our island last year on September 20th.

We are like a family within the Puerto Rico National Guard and will be in gratitude to your prayers in order to help these nine souls rest in peace and for these nine families to become resilient after so much emotional pain.

Later, after the tragedy we honored them with a yoga class. You can watch the video by clicking on below link.

Last but not least;

Aim High,” Cross into the Blue.”

We honor these nine heroes, who worked so hard, during many long days, (last year) bringing food and water to Puerto Rico, also who swore (like myself) to protect the United States flag against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Who also served proudly (to our country) during military air combat.

Uno Ab Alto “One from on high” (Air Force)

Semper fortis “Always strong” (Navy)

Semper fidelis “Always faith” (Marines)

Semper paratus “Always Ready” (Coast Guard)

Semper primus “Always first” (Army)

There are many more slogans within the US Armed Forces Branches, the synthesis here is that no matter the world’s circumstances “WE ARE ONE, not only within the military, also within this planet, because we are brothers and sisters in the divine light of our 🕊 CREATOR 🙏🏻

“In the darkness you are light.”

I offer you peace.” I offer you love. I offer you friendship. I see your beauty. I hear your need. I feel your feelings. My wisdom flows from the highest source. I salute that source in you let us work together for unity and love. – Gandhi

Inhale God approaches you. Hold the inhalation and God remains with you. Exhale and you approach God. Hold the exhalation and surrender to God.

The best thing you can do when you wake up in the morning is to focus on gratitude. That breath you are taking could be the last of someone in any part of the world.

Ask yourself;

Who am I?

What do I want during this life?

What is my life purpose?

Who am I grateful to?

I assure you that will have your attention concerned, because as simple as those questions sounds; our attention is mainly focused on what the world is doing right or wrong.

If we spend time knowing ourselves more, and what can we do to make this world better, we would not have enough energy and time to focus on those who are missing the mark.

Last but not least;

Be at least as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside. If you get the insight right, the outside will fall into place.

Follow your soul it knows the way…

The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire. -Ferdinand Foch

Don’t give up on that higher version you are becoming. Talk to your best friend within, the most loyal to yourself.

Remind her or him;

” Be brave, my heart, have courage my soul.”

When you do things with your soul, you feel a river flowing in you.

Let your soul smile through your heart and your heart smile through your eyes, that you may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.

Encompass the earth with that light that brightens from the chamber of your heart and soul.

Walk by the trail of surviving because the fire inside you burns brighter than the fire around you.

Learn to fly with a broken wing.

With great pain comes great change. If you are not ready for change then you are not in enough pain.

Last but not least;

“Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain.”

Be the change you wish to see in the World 🌍

Hey there, as you can see, I got my broken wing back, so I could start facilitating a Yoga sequence to stress release and flexibility development.

Still working with physical therapy as part of my treatment which includes some Yoga poses for balance, but hanging there .

Be the change you which to see in the World. – Gandhi
