My Sheltering Sunset Sky…

In gratitude to my divine light, and some earth angels like my uncle, who happens to  be a down to earth experienced doctor, I have to share with so much love (without being able to have enough words to thank him) that the love of my life ( my son) who is accomplishing his college education at Minnesota and in a blink of an eye found himself undergoing a concerning health situation last Friday.

As a mother my world started to crumble with feelings of impotence and desperation however if it wouldn’t have been by Dr. Ramon Suarez, my son wouldn’t have been stable today breathing and recovering from an initial phase of pneumonia that could have brought severe consequences without not being attended through Dr. Suarez selfless humanitarian service.

Last but not least;

A physician once said “The best medicine for humans is love” Someone asked, “What if it doesn’t work? He said,”Increase the dose”

with love and light dedicated to

Dr. Ramon Suarez and my auntie Carmin.

Thanks to both for all the love you have always unconditionally shared to me and Jean, since the day his heart started to beat inside my body.

I love ❤️ you both.

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love…

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. (Psalm 143:8 )

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. (1 John 4:16)

Love like life

flows through the heart,

fill the thrill of the flow

and say nothing… (Rumi)

Do you really yearn to find your way Warrior and beloved child from heaven?

Is it because you are willing to fulfill your sacred contract, dharma, divine or life’s purpose?

After a storm your heart will always question for deeper meaning.

Such as:

Why you were born?

For what purpose?

Well this is the moment when you must know that is love and love means passion within.

That passion that sets your Soul on fire to fulfill your life’s purpose.

Love for what is truly alive if not a desicion to be opened instead of resistant, to be wild rather than comfortable so that at any moment we will be ready for the invitation of the Divine Beloved to become closer.

As we grow on our spiritual path, as well does our ability and desire to serve life, to serve love, to honor humanity (our brothers and sisters) and to make a contribution with that is unique to our existence here and ever after…which could glow only in this particular way through the quality of our own soul’s light ✨

Every light shines its own beauty and has a particular task to fulfill on the divine path of life.

Unfortunately pain and stress that shake our lives turning everything upside down distract us from keeping track of this dharma. However, there is a battle buddy to remind us by sweeping the dust away from our feet…and is called “our passion”.

Don’t become disturbed by the illusion that with passion there are not guarantees of success, or that we may even be throwing away a stable and secure life to pursue our passion.

These are only fears of a modern society, so to speak fears only misplaced.

If the birds are given air in which to fly and plants are given light of the open plains, or darkness of the damp rainforest, based on their needs to grow, so it is humanity.

Every single beloved child of heaven has something within our hearts that means something to us. Whether it seems practical or the key for success isn’t the important thing here, it is that we are meant to be what we are…

To serve life faithfully from a place of honoring the truth of our nature…

What sets our soul on fire, to overcome adversity; to manifest and make happen what we genuinely feel passionate about and to allow for life to naturally support growth in accordance to our genuine nature.

When adversity arrives is not about bringing our genuine passions to life in the event that life will always support it and as such…

“It is in learning to let go of attachment as to how that happens. To liberate ourselves from the mental slavery of false expectations.”

When we share our love and light without selfish agenda, we can truly share our divine light and  reinforce it with our passion.

Living Proof: Your Life Is A Witness Of God’s Presence…

Dear warrior of life,
Fear is only an illusion, nurtured by a wandering ego and take note, because obstacles are great opportunities for us to demonstrate that coming from a place of love ❤️ will conquer all fear’s disguises.
It is from adversity that we grow and realize a previous lack of grounding.
Our soul;
Part of the challenge of being a soul is learning to honor our own power.
By listening to our inner voice and following its advice, we acknowledge the perfection of our intuition.
Keep in mind that balance in the mind is essential and imperative. When there is fear, there is imbalance and we (ourselves) challenge our soul from living its own nature of love.
When facing a storm our soul becomes threatened and as such our fate.
Our fate is something which exists outside ourselves, and which once revealed expresses the meaning of our lives. Our fate is a gift and cannot be taken from us, hence do not be afraid.
However it is our call to allow it empower or make us vulnerable to accomplish with our goals and even our life’s purpose.
Only then can the meaning of that life be understood.
a) If  you are a teacher do not dim your own inner light, because your students at school won’t become the outcome you decided to be there.
b) If you are a parent do not dim your own inner light, because your children will grow up into the shadows.
Our fate is shaped from within ourselves outward, never from without inward.
After any devastating storm we cannot let ourselves get drown into a water, that probably came to cleanse through reminders such as humbleness, kindness, compassion, forgiveness and love.
During life, sometimes moments of energy’s transmutation becomes required so we can look to ourselves into a mirror and rise like a phoenix 🦅
Now stop 🛑
Whatever that you’re doing make a brief pause.
Reach for a chair and seat, grounded ( not legs crossing please).
Close your eyes, and soften your face while letting your shoulder blades melt, let your heart open for abundance and love.
Keep your mouth closed and reach the roof of your mouth with your tongue.
Search into your mind for a green light, staring internally to your forehead area ( where your mind’s eye is located) do not force anything keep your forehead soften and see that light which represents the green color of a nurtured Mother Earth full of hope.
A Mother Earth with the skill to transmute from dry to wet and from brown to green in order to bloom.
Imagine yourself through that process and repeat loudly like a mantra:
“Storms make trees grow stronger… I Am a being of love and I release all negative energy”.

Inhale deeply the peaceful sensation of a nurturing green light covering with protection your whole body from head to toes.
Exhale any dryness within, any fear or sensation which make you carry the world on your shoulders…slowly in order to make sure that you will be able to let it go.
Repeat this exercise 3 times and you will feel a current of rejuvenating life-force energy that will change your day and will reset you for a new week.

Namaste 🙏🏻

Never Give Up…Never

Resilience means understanding that the future will not be like the past…

Life is our most precious and valuable gift.

Adversity is only result of humanity’s free will, which touches our lives only to make us grow and become stronger, not to makes us bend and break.

Never throw the towel in the middle of the fight.

When the devil says to the warrior “ You cannot withstand this storm…

The warrior replies…

“I am the storm.”

Do not give up on life, you are stronger than that.

When a door closes, 3 will open with light.

Recover and Re-engage After A Storm…

Activate your inner Resilience with the following Affirmations:

Begin by closing your eyes, now listen to your breath…

Keep your mouth close, (inhaling through your nose, while keeping the tip of your tongue reaching the roof of your mouth) now slowly exhale through your nose.

Can you feel the ocean within?

That’s your victorious breath (Ujjayi /Sanskrit) breath.

You are about to enjoy the calming sensation of letting go…

Begin with the following thought;

I inhale the present, I exhale the past…

I focus on my breath, hence I am alive.

I declare existence of the skill to let go and embrace moving out from the shadows.

I manifest getting through it, it’s just a matter of time and learning.

I will bounce back reversing my warrior only with renew energy and inspiration.

Life is not about never falling…

It is about our inner ability to stand up and rise 🦅

Now keeping yourself calm and collected, repeat…

I am embracing peace…

I am a beloved child of heaven, hence I’m a Warrior of the light…

I will not judge, I will be grateful for my breath, for my life…

I am still standing to keep myself on track and serve those undergoing stronger struggles.

Last but not least,  “May the force be with you”.

Resilience after being pummeled by a disaster

Is an individual’s ability to successfully adapt to life tasks in the face of social disadvantage or highly adversed conditions. Adversity & stress can come thru family, relationships, health, workplace problems as well as after cathastrophic events such as hurricanes, earquakes among others.

Resilience after a natural disaster can be gauged in a number of different ways. It can be gauged on an individual level, a community level, and on a physical level.

The first level, the individual level, can be defined as each independent person in the community.

The second level, the community level, can be defined as all those inhabiting the locality affected.

The third and physical level can be defined as the infrastructure of the locality affected.

Resilience is important into our lives for a number of reasons:

1. Enables us to develop mechanisms for protection against experiences that could bring us overwhelming feelings such as anxiety.

2. Brings us balance to our lives and hence better judgment during these difficult moments or periods.

3. Last but not least, teaches to protect us from the development of mental health difficulties.

The following 3 steps will help to activate self resilience:

Do your best through challenge, do not let it take control over you. Do not let it paralize you, because you are the courageous warrior of your life. No one makes you suffer. Life has struggles, it won’t stop. Failures and mistakes are leassons, as opportunities for growth. Seeing or grieving on them as negative reflection will keep away our inner abbilities or self-worth.

Keep doing your best through self-commitment to your life and goals. Resiliency searches for the compelling reason to get out of bed in the morning. Commitment isn’t restricted to self-work, it extends towards relationships, friendships, the causes they care about, and their religious or spiritual beliefs.

Personal Control:

Resilient people spend their time & energy focusing on situations and events that they have control over. Because they put their efforts where they can have the most impact, they feel empowered and confident.
