The mind is like water…
For every minute you are angry, you lose 60 seconds of happiness.
What happens to the water when is turbulent?
It is difficult to see.
What happens to the water when is calmed?
Everything becomes clear.
You can’t start the next chapter of your life, if you keep re-reading the last one. Hence lessons in life will be repeated until they are learned.
It is important to remember that the tongue could be a sharp knife or a healing crystal.
It could kill without drawing blood or resurrect a dead spirit.
Emotional baggage is part of everyone’s contract in life. As hard as it sounds, let us face that there is not a single human being, without emotional baggage that might be rooted from childhood, teenage or even adulthood.
It is an individual responsibility to give us the opportunity to connect with a higher self, to embrace conscious awareness in order to make necessary adjustments towards the development of effective courses of action through this journey.
Denial or projection (our shadowy ego) might trick us along the way with the hidden agenda of judgement cloudiness in order to boicot such an important process of self enlightenment.
Reception towards mental flexibility will facilitate such an empowering self process.
Allow yourself awareness that some people might arrive into your life as blessings and some will arrive as lessons.
Training yourself to let go, everything you are afraid to lose; will also facilitate the effective tool of mindful detachment and hence powerful resilience.
When holding on to places, material possessions or even people with conscious or unconscious self oriented expectations, we do not allow ourselves to enjoy the gift of forgiveness, letting go, healing and ultimately to move on, having as final reward our inner divine light shining brighter.
However, when there is resistance we deny ourselves to connect and enjoy the Holy Grail benefits that our Lord Jesus left to humanity.
Which is the limitless power of unconditional love.
Two ways directed:
• To ourselves in humble ways.
• To humanity in gratefulness for granting us a diploma after the graduation ceremony from the university of life.
I do not like politics but I cannot leave from sharing, that will be mindful to allow acceptance regards the following quote from Luis Ferré (a former governor of Puerto Rico),
“The voice of reason speaks softly.”
Our selected way towards this important graduation will determine the amount of obstacles through this journey.
Also that while you breathe right now, another person might be taking the last breath. Allow yourself the gift of transferring complaints into gratitude, as such learn to live your life with what you have, indeed what a person taking the last breath will no longer have the privilege to have.
With love and always on the light 💖
